In the framework of the XX Work Sessions and Administrative Council of the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI), Mr. Juan Carlos Cuesta Quintero, senior partner, participated as a panelist in the conference entitled “Harmonization of Norms or Concentration in Trademark Registration Processes? The Andean Community Model”

The panel focused on presenting the general aspects of the Andean Community system and making its comparison, as a system of harmonization, with the system adopted by the Madrid Protocol, as a concentration system; the above from the Colombian experience.

The event takes place from November 26 to 29, 2017 in the city of Panama.
